Deborah Bebout

Deborah A. (DeKemper) Bebout, 62, of Mt. Vernon, went to be with the Lord on November 22, 2019. Debbie was born in Evansville on June 28, 1957, the daughter of Royal Edward and Virginia (Richmond) DeKemper. Debbie married her husband of 44 years, Freddie Bebout, on June 6, 1975.

Debbie worked at K-Mart in Mt. Vernon for several years up until the time of their closing. She enjoyed crocheting and crafting. Debbie was an active member of the Point Township Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by her husband; son, Nicholas Bebout; sisters, Norma Sue Stillwagoner, Martha (Richard) Stratton; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Vonda Lou DeKemper.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. A visitation will take place from 4:00 till 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 25, 2019 at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Point Township Church of the Nazarene. Stendeback Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
