Suzanne Beaver

September 16, 1967 — February 3, 2021

Suzanne Williams Beaver passed away Wednesday February 3, 2021 at the age of 53 after a battle with Covid 19. She was born September 16, 1967 to Larry and Judith (Rippy) Williams. She spent most of her early years in Golden Gate and attended Wayne County Schools graduating from Fairfield High School. After high school she attended the Education Development Center in Carbondale.

She is survived by her parents, Larry and Judith; husband John Kevin Beaver; sister, Mollie (Stephen) Woods; sister-in-law, Lisa Wood Williams (wife of Suzanne’s late brother, Jim); nephews, Ben Williams, William Woods and Paul Woods, nieces, Blaire Williams and Sara Woods. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Elaine Beaver Sanders and Uncle Tom (Lil) Rippy and several cousins.

Suzanne loved everyone she met with an unconditional love; but, her first love was for God and her church; followed by love for her husband and for her family. She loved to cook, especially making Christmas cookies for her friends and family. She enjoyed reading her bible (she had several versions) and collecting cook books.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Suzanne will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Trinity Assembly of God Church in Carmi.  Online condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com. The Stendeback Funeral Home in Carmi is assisting the family with arrangements.
